I get a lot of inquiries for business ideas

The number of people that are constantly on the lookout for a good business idea is astounding, and now that 2012 has begun – I am getting a surge in visitors.

What I have decided to do is to open my niche website building service to a few people that are serious about starting a successful business.

This website has one constant theme, and that is showing people how they can take almost any business ideas and tweak it via quality niche and keyword research and have a profitable business idea.

However 90% of the work to get a website set up, and promoting your business is about learning the skills to get a perfect website set up so that it actually gets those visitors from Google and the other search engines.

I get it.

I am constantly referring all of you – via the banners here – to go and join the places so that you can learn all the skills necessary to be able to complete with the big webmasters from an SEO point of view.

Most of those websites are very badly built, and even those that look fantastic are rubbish.

It works this way - 

To be placed in the first position on the Google results pages, you need to build your website in  a certain way.

let me compare it to you this way.

 those fancy (and expensive) websites that very highly degree’ d people are building for businesses are all the equivalent of an electric car.

 they look beautiful, but will lose a race to another petrol driven racing car every time.

So, do you want an “electric car” website?

 Or do you want on that wins every time?

I know how, and yesterday, I added a massive banner to this website, and wrote up a page where I will allow 4 people to order complete website packages from me a month.

These websites will be for products that are digital, are in massive demand, and the website will be built correctly and even have the content and social stuff all built it.

You will be getting a race ready racing car – for the price of some mag wheels for your car.

OK, or for the price of  big weekend away for 4 people.

A whole business for that price?

While watching an online webinar the term “business Ideas for Beginners” was discussed.

This got me thinking about you guys and how the millions of people that are searching out there every day for new business ideas and are beginners at it, are not getting the best advice.

Firstly I am presuming the term beginners relates to first time business owners.

You probably have noticed that I do a lot of training and website building for new business owners, especially those that are wanting to have an online presence. If you have not noticed that – then I encourage you to0 please read a lot of this websites content, as I adopt a blunt and straight forward style in how I help people.

(Like lazy and stupid people need not apply – and by stupid, I mean those who close their minds to the latest ways to develop a business and are dogmatic in their ideas)

My Very first bit of advice to to tell you to go and get yourself a copy of this report of mine – if you are already at the lets-do-a-business-plan stage.

However I wanted to point out something completely different here today about complete beginner business people.

You see, It needs to be said that someone who is brand new to becoming a business owner has a list of questions and fears that while they are real, are nowhere near what I think about as far as starting up a new business goes.

What I am trying to say – clearly in a confusing way – sorry – is that someone who is a complete beginner, will be worried about things that are in fact not really scary, and do not feature at all on the potential disaster list that an experienced business owner thinks about.

Someone who has been there already will not stress on failure fears – for example- as they will be experienced already in what steps are needed to get a new venture running.

They would have learned how much time a project takes, how much cash flow reserves they need, how well targeted their idea was etc.

This level of experience makes it difficult for those of us, and I include myself here, to understand why a person who is thinking about starting a small business does not just do it. Today!

However I understand, as I took about 6 years to get the courage to step from a commission only income, to my own business the first time, and after that could not understand what I was waiting for.

Business ideas for beginners might seem like an easy thing to suggest to people, but I realised recently that it is very heavily affected by at least 20 different factors.

Two or three of my paying clients have been spinning around and not focusing on their best ideas, for whatever reasons, and I was getting very frustrated, until I actually thought about what was affecting them.

The reality was obvious, I have massive experience online as far as building targeted websites go, and therefore I see how that sort of business is the best version for me. BUT, and rightly so, my trainees, had different needs and different long term goals and were therefore willing to do their businesses in a different way.

More importantly I realised that because the Internet as far as being a business vehicle goes, is still very confusing to newcomers and cannot see how 30 000 people can find their website, and generate a $10 000 a month income from that.

I get it.

Listening to the questions being asked at the webinar I was attending made me realise that I need to explain to my clients in much greater detail how real Internet marketing works.

Quite simply – Business ideas for beginners are the same as any others business ideas, but they are looked at differently by the beginner and an experienced business person.
