How to start a catering business was the first one of my how-to videos that I chose to make and share with you.

I recently did some research for a client in relation to catering and liked how there were different opportunities in the catering industry.

I personally still would love to own a small tea garden in the country, and while I would advise my clients not to do that, I plan to try it one day.

With the re-launch of my website building service I decided to make a few videos relating to different niches so that others could see what the potential is in different business niches.

Naturally because I am South African I did put a bit of a local spin on it.

Online Marketing and actually making a profit is just about knowing what to do and when to do it

Seriously, I know that for a newcomer online it can seem daunting, but all you need to do to make money online is simply position a well designed website in front of people who are searching for your product

I have been repositioning my services over the last few months, so as to train newcomers less and provide them with solutions faster.

While I build well optimised websites all the time, for a beginner it can take months to get it all set up, and by then you are feeling despondent and want to give up your business before you get started. By getting me to build your website fast, you can then get on with marketing the business and not building websites.

The costs are higher in the beginning but at least you actually get to own a business online right away, and don’t spend three months trying to set up a basic website and get bogged down on unimportant things like the graphics etc.

Almost all those people I trained last year, and there were many, have given up trying. I see what happens, they start off with great enthusiasm and get a few training sessions under their belts, and then get stuck, I help and they carry on, and then get stuck – this process carries on for a few months and I start to hear from the students less and less. Sooner or later I realise that I have not heard from them for awhile and go to see their website.

It is very often still sitting on the first three page level and stagnant.

Now a website that is built that far will never generate business and then the website/ business owner declares that this marketing online thing never works.

I really does work, but you need to set up a website correctly to make money.

The steps are not that hard, and a determined person will get through those early days.
