I will suggest a number of popular niches for your business to become involved in.

Niche and Keyword research

I would do the niche research and keyword research for your business, and supply you with a report for this. This will show you a number of different choices that are all highly sought after products online. This section is 99% of the overall success of your business and done correctly you will have a winner on your hands

Domain Registration and Hosting

I will purchase your domain and arrange your hoisting for you.

I will ensure that your hosting comes with the all important CPanel, and is the type that allows your business to grow and does not restrict your online business.

Content Management System

A CMS based website. This is content management system, and is absolutely vital to being number one in the search engines.

Search Engine Optimization

This website – It will be WordPress – will be perfectly set up for you with all the correct SEO and necessary Meta Tags and keywords built in to the website. This will not be the lightweight rubbish that common ordinary website designers offer you.

Keywords

You will receive a variety of keyword lists.

• The first keyword list will be for you main keyword structure and will already have been built into your website as the main featured pages etc.
• The next keyword list will be for you posts and daily content, and would also have been used fairly extensively in the construction of your website
• Then you will receive a detailed list of what is called LSI keywords and these will be for all manner of things that you can do with your website in the future.
• Finally you will receive a list of tags – and while these would already have been placed all over your website in a variety of different and varied places – you will be able to use the list in the future.

Images

You will have all the necessary images supplied for your chosen niche. These will be resized and correctly added to your web business from an SEO point of view.

Pages

Your website will have 20 very keyword targeted pages that are all exactly what Google wants. They will have images, contextual linking, and internal linking, be over 1000 words long and naturally attract massive traffic to your website.

Posts

The daily posting of relevant posts and related LSI keywords is the petrol that drives your WordPress website over a period of time to the very top of the search engine results pages.

Your website will have over 50 – 250 word posts added over a period of time – all designed to grow your website naturally in the Google search engines  eyes.

These posts will naturally have all the correct linking structures etc added.

Social bookmarking

Your business will have at least 5 social bookmarking website memberships  that are just designed for your website business.

These will naturally all get linked to from most posts and pages. This would include things like RSS linking your pages and other things to your website

Other Back Links

Back linking can often be the final item that is necessary to get your web based business ranked on the top of the search engine results pages, and therefore I will have included a variety of back links.

A minimum of 200 back links will be included to the website overall. You will be given a detailed training course after completion as this is one aspect of your website that will need constant addition. Forever – I am sorry to tell you.

So how much can you earn from this web based business?

Naturally this would depend upon the original niche and keywords that you choose, but if you take one of my suggested niches, you are not likely to earn less that R2000 a month and will probably average an income from R15 000 to R 30 000 a month within a year.

The business will grow slowly in the beginning as your niche will have been added to a competitive marketplace, but with me having done exactly what Google requires for your website to rank in the search engines, it will start to earn from about the third month and hit maturity within a year.

With great content that is original and interesting and naturally keyword related – your business has the potential to get to a monthly income of over R 300 000 a month.

Naturally this is dependent upon a few factors, but the keyword research will show you the potential before you even begin.

To give you an idea…

The following short list is a few of thousands of potential markets. The numbers that I list here are the total of EXACT searches for that term every month on Google.

Therefore you can see the potential sized market for the website that is on page one for that keyword term.

74 000 people a month look up the keyword “Head lice”

Now if you have a 100 page report that gives them all the information that they are seeking – how many copies do you think you could sell?

At a selling price of only $30 you could sell a lot of copies.

Naturally only after your website is on page one of numerous keyword terms would you be in a position to get this level of potential buyers.

165 000 people a month look up “Obesity” and there would be literally millions of variations on that keyword and its solutions that will be a massive market for you to open a business in.

Sleep Apnea gets 165 000 searches a month. Do you think that if you had a very high quality solution for only $27 it would sell?

Think about that 165 000 people a month with a chronic problem, that is potentially life threatening.

Your potential market is massive for thousands of products and their solutions.

The “difficult” part is knowing how to get your website to the top of the search engine results pages for these keyword terms.

I would not lie to you, they are competitive markets, but I do know exactly what it takes to get your website to start to rank for these terms, and how long it could take you to totally dominate a single market.

To get to the top of all 673 000 searchers for that term would probably take years but is possible, and you could after a number of years have a website that is literally being seen by as many as 500 000 people a month.

How many solutions to their problems can you offer them?

In South African Rands you could have a residual income of over 1.5 millions Rands if you went on to dominate a market. It could happen within a few short years.

How much for this package?

This is not a sales ploy – it is a fact.

The packages might differ slightly for different niches, as some might need video or Fan pages etc and therefore could cost more unless I can leave some of the other items off. Generally it would be ridiculous to try to leave off anything, like entering a motor race with no brakes, or no windscreen.
