Advertising – both online and offline needs targeted planning

Let me give you a great tip on how to get the best targeting out of any form of advertising that you do.

I have done a video and it is here below, so when you are done reading this – I suggest that you watch the video at the same time.

Now what I am going to show you here in connection to advertising ideas might seem obvious – BUT I suspect that very few people are actually using this idea to its best effect.

Generally we (us Internet marketers) go on and on about keyword research for your website, as the search engine spiders will read your keywords and place your website into their search engine results pages based upon your use of keywords.

So while this is vitally important to your website – how can it work offline? Can it actually help your advertising efforts?

Easy actually, normally wordsmith boffins at fancy ad agencies all brainstorm to create those hype filled sentences that are designed to catch your prospective clients attention.

Now I do not say that these guys do not know what they are doing – but how many of us can afford to pay those corporate rates to have fancy sentences produced?

I do also agree that the headline and hype of any advertisement is one of the most important parts of your marketing efforts. If you can get 30% more people to see your advertisement – then you are winning.

Now what I suggest that you do is before you run and form of magazine or other advert, is to do some keyword research first.

You will then know EXACTLY which are the most popular terms that everyday boneheads like myself are putting into the Google search bar to look up your product or service.

I am going to use the example that I have just covered in the video that is here below…

Keep it simple.

If 12000 people are looking up “patio furniture” and only 890 looking up “log bench” Then does it not make 100% sense to make your headline of your advert “patio furniture” as it is obvious that if more people are looking for that keyword term – you are more likely to catch their eye by using that exact keyword.

I ran a furniture business for over 10 years targeting a very low searched for keyword term. Why the hell did you not tell me about keyword research then?

But I do know how to use it now!

And best of all I have training systems developed especially designed to get your website or business a huge amount more traffic. Click on the banner advert that offers you the small business website report!

Here is the video that I made quickly for you to give this idea a bit more impact. ( and to improve my own website marketing efforts :) )
