An in-depth look at a few real estate or property based website business ideas.
I am putting together a series of videos explaining how you can start up a website based business relating to the property business or real estate business and make a comfortable full time living from it.
It works like this…
Google tell us exactly who is looking for what online – this is called keyword research.
I take those numbers (the number of people that are searching for a product or service) and build a website that is designed to catch those exact numbers of clients.
It is that simple.
For example…
Every month on Google
- 27100 people look up “houses for sale in France”
- 4400 look up “houses for sale in Toronto”
Naturally there are many thousands of these examples.
Think about that! EVERY MONTH there are 27000 potential buyers of houses that are for sale in France.
The website that actually sells houses in France, and is in the number one position for that keyword search on Google will get all those inquiries.
Do you think they could make a living from that many interested buyers? LOL
Now it is important that I point out to you that a keyword like “houses for sale” will get different results on Google to “cheap houses for sale” as Google ranks each website differently, so there are literally thousands of small (or very large) keyword business opportunities.
The reason I am trying to point this out to you is that if you do your research correctly you can design a website that is guaranteed customers just by existing in the right place for the right keywords.
Thousands of visitors just queuing up to buy your products.
So, this is where my Real Estate Business Building service comes into play.

I am busy with a series of videos that will explain each of these following business examples in more detail to you, but for now, let me list the main examples for you.
1. A Normal local estate agency listing.
What I do is build you a website that targets those keywords that people are already using to find properties that are for sale or to let etc – in your area. Keywords like… Houses for sale Sandton – Sandton houses for sale – Buy a house in Sandton – Sandton properties for sale – Sandton property prices… etc etc etc.
Once I know what they are looking up, I build you a website that is designed to get in front of those search inquiries.
2. National Estate agency.
Well this would work in a similar basis, but each area would be featured within a bigger website business.
3. Lead generation – agency business.
I love this business model, as you do not need to do anything with the actual selling of properties, or even getting the listings. You simply build a website that is number one for all the local keywords, then you sell those inquiries to a local agent (or three) for a fixed commission. You will be feeding hundreds of highly targeted inquiries to the local agents, they do the work, and you get a commission for finding the buyer or seller in the first place. Lovely. This could be scaled up to do lead generation nationally or even internationally…
4. Information for Real estate issues
This idea could be a very good one if handled correctly. You create dozens of small reports all dealing with things relating to the selling or buying of properties. These will be highly researched and will be more or less 25 page reports with high quality information in them. These reports will solve issues that people need to know.
“How to look for damp or rot problems when buying a home”
“How to make the entrance of your property look really impressive”
“Instant garden tips for selling your property”
The list could go on forever.
You do very good research, you write up the report, add it to your website, at $5.
you keep doing this until you have over 200 of them, and they will be selling like hot cakes.
I would have built the website for you with the correct keywords in place and you will be able to cruise after a while.
5. Membership or training real estate website.
This would be where you create training material for agents or brokers, they pay a monthly fee to be members, and you continually add new and brilliant content.
Your subjects could cover everything, from selling tips, to confidence building issues.
You could continually add interviews with champions in the industry.
Again – if the site is started with the focus on the correct “keywords” or target market, you will succeed.
